With over 400 albums to his name, Neeme Järvi is without doubt one of the most prolific conductors of his generation. Not only is he the longest-serving chief conductor of the National Estonian Symphony Orchestra (and their Honorary Artistic Director for Life), he has also conducted some of the most prestigious orchestras in the world including the Berlin Philharmonic, the Royal Concertgebouw Orchestra, the Philharmonia Orchestra, the Czech Philharmonic, the New York Philharmonic, the Zurich Symphony Orchestra, the BBC Symphony Orchestra, and many others. Erik Norkroos’s documentary traces Järvi’s illustrious international career and features behind-the-scenes interviews with big-name artists like Nicola Benedetti, Thomas Hampson, and Joshua Bell.
