The musical documentary “Wings of the Song” reveals the musical and aesthetic credo and life philosophy of one of Bulgaria’s distinguished choir conductors. The film presents the stylistic range in which she and her singers work — arranged folklore, church music, jazz and pop projects, cantata-oratorio compositions, film and theatre works. MILENA MILENOVA GETOVA is a documentary film director and screenwriter. She graduated from Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski” and the South-West University “Neofit Rilski,” earning a Master’s degree in Film and Television Directing. She has participated in and won awards at numerous Bulgarian and international festivals.
